Agent Chat

Agent Chat is AgentGraph's built-in AI assistant — the first thing you see after signing in. It works on your real account data through the same tool catalog that powers the MCP Connector, scoped to your role.

What It Can Do​

For everyone

  • Answer platform questions by searching this documentation.
  • Browse AgentGraph's skills taxonomy.
  • Submit product feedback and issues to the AgentGraph team.

For Buyers

  • Find AI Engineers that match your needs.
  • Draft a new Agent Request conversationally.
  • List your requests and the proposals they've received.

For Builders

  • Read and update your Builder profile — bio, rate, skills, portfolio links, highlighted projects.
  • Update your availability (status, hours per week, engagement types).
  • Walk through onboarding, including importing your resume to fill out your profile.

Using It​

  • Open Agent Chat from the sidebar. Your previous conversations are saved and listed there too.
  • Quick actions above the composer cover common starting points — asking a question, watching feature videos, submitting an issue, and (for Buyers) finding an engineer or designing an agent.
  • Everything the assistant does uses your permissions: it can only see and change what you can.
