Your Dashboard shows your requests, proposals, and projects, organized differently depending on whether you're a Buyer or a Builder.
Buyer Dashboard
Requests
Drafts
Agent Requests that are still being drafted and have not yet been published to the Builder community. You can save and edit these before publishing.
Open Requests
The Agent Request has been published to the Builder community and is awaiting proposals.
Pending Bids
Bidding is live and the request is receiving proposals, but a Builder has not yet been selected.
Projects
In Development
A Builder has been selected and the project is actively being developed. Track progress in the Build Room.
Completed
The project is complete and the agent has been delivered to you.
Builder Dashboard
Bids
Draft Bids
Proposals you are still drafting and have not yet submitted. You can save and edit these before submitting to Buyers.
Pending Bids
Proposals that have been submitted and are awaiting the Buyer's decision. Bidding is still live.
Archived
Past proposals that are no longer active — for example, requests that were withdrawn or awarded to another Builder.
Projects
Active Projects
Your proposal has been accepted and you are actively working on the engagement. Track progress, log hours, and communicate with the Buyer through the Build Room.
Completed
The project is complete and the agent has been delivered to the Buyer.
Project Status Labels
Across the Dashboard and Build Room you'll see these status labels on projects:

| Bidding Live | Actively receiving proposals |
| In Development | Builder selected, work underway |
| Preview Ready | A preview of the agent is available to try |
| Under Final Review | Builder has submitted the agent for Buyer acceptance |
| Pending Final Payment | Delivery accepted, final settlement in progress |
| Delivered | Project complete |
