For Builders

This guide walks through the Builder (AI Engineer) lifecycle on AgentGraph, from profile to payout.

1. Complete Your Profile​

Your profile is how Buyers evaluate you. Fill out your skills, AI engineering roles, hourly rate, portfolio, and highlighted projects, and connect your GitHub account — connecting GitHub upgrades your certification level to GitHub Verified. See Profiles.

Set your availability: open to new work, part-time, or unavailable; hours per week; and which engagement types you accept (hourly, fixed-price, scoped).

2. Find Work​

The Marketplace in your sidebar lists open Agent Requests from Buyers. Review a request's goals, integrations, budget range, and success criteria, then submit a proposal. Buyers can also invite you directly to their projects, and Elite-certified Builders can be listed under fixed-price Services. See Bidding.

3. Deliver in the Build Room​

When your proposal is accepted, the project moves into a Build Room shared with the Buyer — engagement terms, payments, and delivery all happen there. See Project Setup.

4. Log Hours, Get Paid​

For hourly engagements and retainers, log your hours from the Log Hours page — daily entries with notes roll up into a weekly record the Buyer approves. AgentGraph invoices the Buyer for approved hours and pays you out through your connected Stripe account. See Payments.

5. Wrap Up​

Submit the finished agent for the Buyer's final review, hand over infrastructure and code following hosting best practices, and exchange reviews once the project completes.
