Delivery

Delivery is managed in the Build Room's Manage Project tab.

Submission

  • When development is complete, the Builder submits the agent for final review. The project status changes to Under Final Review.

Buyer Review

  • Validate the agent against your success criteria and agreed test cases.
  • Request changes — if something is missing, send the project back with a written reason. The project returns to In Development and the Builder addresses the feedback.
  • Confirm completion — accept the delivery when everything is satisfactory.

Handover

At completion you receive the project links and assets:

  • Source code repository (GitHub)
  • Live agent URL and deployment details
  • Documentation

Follow the Hosting best practices — services and repositories should already be in the Buyer's name, so handover is about confirming access, not transferring ownership.

Reviews

  • Once the project is complete, both sides exchange reviews: the Buyer reviews the Builder, the Builder reviews the Buyer, and both can review the AgentGraph platform itself.

Continuing Work

  • If you want ongoing improvements or support after delivery, you can continue with your Builder on a retainer — an ongoing hourly engagement billed weekly. See Payments.
