Project Setup

Once you have selected your Builder, your Agent Request gets a Build Room — the shared workspace where the engagement runs from kickoff through delivery.

Build Room Overview

The Build Room is shared between the Buyer and the selected Builder, and includes:

  • Overview — the agreed engagement terms (rate, weekly hours, scope), current status, and the full agent design details.
  • Bids / Your Proposal — the proposal history for the request. Buyers see all proposals received; Builders see and manage their own.
  • Payments / Hours Tracking — weekly hours, approvals, and invoices for hourly engagements and retainers. See Payments.
  • Manage Project — delivery submission and review, change requests, project closure, and reviews. See Delivery.

Kickoff

  • Accepting a proposal locks in the engagement terms and moves the project to In Development.
  • The Builder aligns with you on a plan that maps to your agent's success criteria.
  • Messaging with your Builder is available throughout the engagement.

Iterative Agent Evaluation

  • Receive agent demos and progress updates as development proceeds.
  • Test the agent against your success criteria and provide feedback for improvements.
  • Collaborate with your Builder to refine features, integrations, and performance until all criteria are met.

Wrap-Up

  • When development is complete, the Builder submits the agent for your final review in the Build Room. From there you can request changes or confirm completion — see Delivery.
