Bidding
When a Buyer publishes an Agent Request, Builders respond with proposals (bids). Bidding happens in the open Builder marketplace, or privately when a Buyer invites a specific Builder to their project.
For Builders: Submit a Proposal
- Open Agent Requests appear under Marketplace in your sidebar.
- Review the request's goals, integrations, budget range, and success criteria.
- Draft your proposal: your hourly rate, expected weekly hours, approach, and timeline. Larger projects can be broken into phases.
- Save drafts and submit when ready — your Dashboard tracks Draft Bids and Pending Bids.
For Buyers: Receive Proposals & Select a Builder
- AI Engineers review your request and submit proposals.
- Compare approaches, rates, timelines, and Builder profiles.
- Accept the proposal that best fits your budget and timeline — the project then moves into its Build Room.
Engagement Terms
- Proposals are hourly-based: the Builder's rate and expected hours per week form the engagement terms you agree to.
- For phased proposals, Buyers can commit to the full project or start with Phase 1 only.
- If a Buyer revises the request while bidding is live, Builders are notified so they can update their proposals.
