These guidelines explain how you may use AgentGraph's trademarks and brand assets. Our trademarks are valuable assets, and these guidelines help protect them while allowing appropriate use.

What Are AgentGraph Trademarks?​

AgentGraph, the AgentGraph logo, and other AgentGraph brand names, logos, and designs are trademarks of AgentGraph Inc. These trademarks identify AgentGraph as the source of our products and services.

Permitted Uses​

You may use AgentGraph trademarks in the following ways without written permission:

Referential Use

  • To accurately refer to AgentGraph products or services
  • In articles, blog posts, or other editorial content
  • In comparative or compatibility statements

Requirements for Permitted Use:

  • Use the trademark as an adjective, not a noun (e.g., "AgentGraph platform" not "AgentGraph")
  • Include proper trademark attribution (e.g., "AgentGraph is a trademark of AgentGraph Inc.")
  • Do not alter, modify, or combine AgentGraph trademarks with other words or designs
  • Maintain appropriate spacing around the trademark

Prohibited Uses​

Without explicit written authorization from AgentGraph, the following uses are prohibited:

Company, Product, Service, or Website Names

  • You may not incorporate AgentGraph trademarks into your company name, product name, service name, or website domain
  • You may not use variations, misspellings, or abbreviations that are confusingly similar to AgentGraph trademarks

Logo and Design Use

  • You may not use AgentGraph logos or designs without written permission
  • You may not modify, alter, or create derivative works based on AgentGraph logos or designs

False Endorsement

  • You may not use AgentGraph trademarks in a way that suggests AgentGraph endorses, sponsors, or is affiliated with your products or services
  • You may not use AgentGraph trademarks in a way that implies a partnership or business relationship that doesn't exist

Domain Names and Social Media

  • You may not register domain names or social media handles that incorporate AgentGraph trademarks
  • You may not use AgentGraph trademarks in metatags or keywords to drive traffic to your website

  • A description of your intended use
  • The specific trademark(s) you wish to use
  • The context and duration of use
  • Any other relevant details
